The Concourse is a mission focused ministry committed to debt-free growth. The following areas provide giving opportunities at several levels:
RESOURCE SCHOLARSHIPS We find that giving away books and other resources for their respective impact is a very effective way to help people understand the importance of worldview and higher education issues. We first ask if a person will read or use the resource prior to giving it to them. A resource sponsor can help us with gifts as small as $8 and even designate which resource they would like to promote. Take a look at the resources to choose which resource to sponsor.
COURSE SCHOLARSHIPS Paying for a course to influence a student for life is the idea behind course scholarships. Sponsors choose which courses they would like to help make available. Course scholarships are the key to helping young people first see and avoid the stumbling blocks of higher education. Through the sponsored course the student catches Biblical perspectives on education, career and life which leads them to other Concourse courses and helps them make better college and career decisions.
OPERATIONAL DONATIONS Computer hardware, software, communications services, office supplies, vehicle fuel and maintenance are all important behind the scenes infrastructure which keep the Concourse growing. Donors can choose support of operations at any level and designate the direction.
SELAH YEAR SCHOLARSHIPS Scholarships are needed to pay for student courses and resources. Young people who want to take some "time- off" are invited to join in this nine-month program to think deeply about worldview issues.
INTERNSHIPS The sponsorship of our interns will go a long way toward speeding Concourse development.
EDUCATION CENTER We have the labor with equipment and only need materials to build a 50' x 100' building to house our library, bookstore, conference room, class room, auditorium, computer center, laboratory, media development studio, operations offices, two guest apartments, and kitchen.
